Fremantle Wedding Videography
Some weddings bring people together in the most beautiful way, and Dani & Saxon’s was exactly that. A mix of Greek and Filipino traditions, set in the heart of Perth, Western Australia, made for a day full of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. From the morning rituals to the late-night celebrations, every part of their wedding reflected who they are as a couple.
A Morning of Traditions
Saxon’s wedding day started with a classic Greek tradition—having his beard shaved by family and friends. It was a fun and sentimental moment, surrounded by laughter and excitement. Meanwhile, Dani got ready at QT Hotel Perth, sharing the morning with her closest friends and family. The energy in the room was pure joy as she stepped into her dress, ready to walk down the aisle.
A Beautiful Ceremony at St. Mary's Cathedral
Dani & Saxon exchanged vows at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Perth, a breathtaking setting for such an important moment. The ceremony also included a touch of Filipino tradition, making it even more special for Dani and her family. Seeing two cultures come together so seamlessly was a perfect reflection of their love story.
Golden Hour Photos at Cottesloe Civic Centre
After the ceremony, we made a stop at the Cottesloe Civic Centre for some portraits. The stunning gardens and historic architecture provided the perfect backdrop. Dani and Saxon’s connection was effortless, making for some truly beautiful shots. Aline Kuba Photography captured the moments perfectly.
A Celebration at Kidogo Arthouse
Their reception at Kidogo Arthouse in Fremantle was all about celebrating with the people they love. This spot held special meaning for them, as it’s where they first met. The warm Perth weather set the perfect scene for a relaxed and joyful evening. One of the highlights? Dani got up to sing with the Baker Boys Band, which was such a special moment for everyone there.
And of course, no Greek-Filipino wedding would be complete without Greek dancing and some plate smashing! The dance floor was packed, and the energy was incredible.
A Wedding All About Family & Friends
For Dani & Saxon, the most important thing was celebrating with their closest friends and family. Every detail of the day reflected that, and it was such an honor to capture these moments for them.
